Purple is hiring a Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations in Lehi, Utah. The role sits at the center of our marketing organization and partners across brand, creative, and demand gen to translate strategy into executable plans.

You’ll manage calendars, capacity, and vendor coordination while driving efficient workflow and reporting. You’ll collaborate with Analytics, Finance, and Legal to ensure deliverables align with company goals and capacity.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in marketing operations or senior cross-functional coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved marketing strategy into coordinated plans with clear deliverables and owners.
• Maintain visibility into workload and resource constraints and surface impacts of new requests.
• Own the master marketing calendar and campaign workbacks across channels with varying lead times.
• Lead focused planning and status reviews, maintain decision and risk logs, and drive accountability.
