The role provides direction on project execution, facilitates stakeholder communication, and implements process improvements to boost efficiency and consistency across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive marketing, marketing operations, project management, or related experience required.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, agency partners, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day execution of marketing projects, campaigns, and operational initiatives to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Leads planning, coordination, and implementation across channels (web, email, print, digital, social, POS).
• Manages workflows across multiple initiatives, balancing resources, deadlines, and business needs.
• Establishes project scopes, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Identifies risks, roadblocks, and dependencies and implements solutions.
• Maintains documentation, project records, timelines, and operational reporting.
