• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field and 10+ years in marketing, branding, or promotional program management.
• Experience leading marketing programs with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Experience managing staff.
• Experience in public-sector, transit, transportation or regulated environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all marketing programs supporting ridership growth and fare initiatives.
• Direct multi-channel campaign development and execution.
• Establish brand standards and ensure consistency across channels.
