Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Robotics Sales Manager for the VELYS Digital Surgery portfolio. The role oversees sales in a field-based capacity across Michigan, Indiana, and Northern Illinois, requiring deep knowledge of orthopedic joint reconstruction and capital sales.

You will lead strategic selling efforts, build executive-level relationships, and drive revenue growth with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Experience in joint reconstruction (hips/knees/shoulders) preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with clinicians and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales activities and achieve goals for the VELYS Digital Surgery portfolio.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan with Senior Sales Manager support.
• Expand customer base with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across ASC, IDNs, and Academic Centers.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Education teams to drive adoption of VELYS products.
