Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in marketing or related roles.
• 7+ years of healthcare experience in marketing, sales, or related functions.
• Ability to translate complex programs into clear value propositions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; able to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio and market-development strategy to increase adoption.
• Create customer-facing communications and value propositions.
• Lead strategic initiatives and industry events.
• Collaborate with upstream/downstream marketing, sales, and corporate teams.
• Leverage market insights to identify unmet needs and guide strategies.
• Build customer journey strategies to boost engagement.
• Represent the business at associations, meetings, and trade shows.
• Develop high-quality strategic presentations for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for new products and programs.
• Oversee marketing budget and explain variances.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and remove execution barriers.
• Influence across teams even without direct authority.
