Stryker is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for Sustainability Programs to lead portfolio strategy and market development for the medical device reprocessing program. You will craft customer-focused communications and value propositions, partner across marketing and sales, and drive adoption and engagement with healthcare customers.

The role combines marketing, strategy, insights, and thought leadership, with travel up to 50% across the United States to engage with customers and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years professional experience.
• 7+ years healthcare experience in marketing, sales, or related commercial function.
• Proven ability to develop and drive commercial, portfolio, or market-development strategies.
• Strong ability to translate programs and needs into compelling value propositions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for senior leaders and customers.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute portfolio and market-development strategy for the reprocessing program.
• Create customer-facing communications, tools, and value propositions.
• Lead strategic initiatives and industry events.
• Collaborate with upstream/downstream marketing, sales, and corporate teams.
• Leverage market insights to identify unmet needs and guide strategies.
• Build customer journey strategies to improve engagement and adoption.
• Present recommendations and value propositions to customers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for new products or initiatives.
• Manage marketing budget and explain variances.
