Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in real estate or experiential environments.
• Experience leading integrated marketing strategies across audiences, channels, and business objectives.
• Proven ability to manage creative agencies, media partners, digital agencies, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies across the portfolio, balancing district-wide priorities with asset positioning, audiences, and business objectives.
• Translate development and business priorities into actionable marketing plans, including positioning, audience strategy, messaging, channel mix, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
• Identify market opportunities and develop proactive campaigns and initiatives that strengthen assets and the overall portfolio.
• Lead high-priority marketing initiatives from strategy through execution, optimization, measurement, and post-campaign analysis.
• Oversee development and management of brand and marketing materials across physical and digital channels, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
