Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative services, production, or brand execution.
• Strong understanding of print production, fabrication, and environmental design.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with vendors and managing production budgets.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and brand consistency.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of creative projects from concept through production, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
• Produce and manage a wide range of creative assets, including environmental graphics (scrims, signage, wayfinding), marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, sales materials), branded merchandise and premiums, event and experiential materials.
• Partner closely with marketing, partnerships, leasing, and events teams to translate business needs into compelling creative solutions.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, printers, fabricators, and production partners.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality control across multiple concurrent projects.
• Support on-site needs by ensuring all physical brand elements are produced and installed to specification.
• Troubleshoot production challenges and identify efficient, cost-effective solutions.
• Perform additional duties and support cross-functional initiatives as required to meet evolving business needs.
