Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy and development efforts, reporting to the Marketing Director of CRO services. This role will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market content strategies that effectively deliver WuXi Bio CRO services’ positioning and capabilities, driving audience engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B content marketing and expertise in developing multi-channel content that resonates with target audience. The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Production, SMEs, BDs, PR, and Marcom to ensure content aligns with business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals, brand positioning, and audience needs.
  • Define content pillars, themes, and messaging frameworks to drive marketing campaigns, demand generation, and thought leadership.
  • Lead the creation and execution of high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including webinars, whitepapers, case studies, blogs, videos, social media, email campaigns, podcasts, and more.
  • Optimize content for SEO, AIO, and audience engagement, leveraging data insights to refine strategy and maximize impact.
  • Ensure editorial excellence in content creation and storytelling, maintaining consistency in messaging.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, customer insights, and competitive content strategies to continuously refine content approaches and improve ROI.
  • Manage and collaborate with external content agencies and freelancers as needed.
  • Work closely with Production teams, SMEs, BDs and internal Marketing teams to align messaging and ensure content effectively supports revenue goals.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Education:

Master’s Degree or higher in biomedical sciences, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing and content strategy within biotech, biopharma, or CRO industry, preferably with a focus on antibody drug discovery and development.
  • Strong background in B2B content marketing, with experience in creating engaging content for complex scientific products or services.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency across diverse content formats.
  • Ability to analyze and translate data-driven insights into actionable content recommendations.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content tools, SEO best practices, and emerging marketing trends.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Some travel may be required.
