About Our Team

The Sales Reporting & Automation Team serves as a catalyst for innovation across Insurance & Healthcare Sales & Sales Operations, identifying opportunities to leverage AI, analytics, automation and reporting solutions to enhance productivity, customer outcomes and operational efficiency. We collaborate across business and technology teams to design, pilot and scale practical solutions that streamline workflows, improve decision‑making and drive measurable business impact. Our team helps bridge strategy and execution, accelerating adoption of emerging capabilities while enabling teams to work smarter and deliver greater value to customers.

About the Role

The Sr. Manager, Sales Effectiveness AI Enablement and Transformation is responsible for advancing Client Engagement (CE) and Sales workflows and capabilities through the practical application of AI and advanced analytics. This role focuses on hands‑on enablement within the Client Engagement organization (Sales Effectiveness, Sales Enablement, Customer Support, Technical Sales, Sales, Contracting and Compliance and Implementations) to identify, pilot, and scale AI‑driven process and reporting improvements that deliver measurable business value and maintain a focus on external customer experience. Additionally, this role will work in partnership with the AI CoE and CE organization to scale AI enabled solutions and champion adoption. This individual plays a contributor role within the Insurance & Healthcare AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE), collaborating with peers from other functional areas to shape shared practices, reusable assets, and pragmatic standards that accelerate the impact of AI across the segment while remaining grounded in real Client Engagement needs. Unlike enterprise‑wide AI strategy roles, this position emphasizes execution in tandem with governance guard rails—translating emerging AI capabilities into tangible improvements in sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes, while contributing to cross‑functional alignment through the AI CoE.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize AI, analytics, and automation opportunities that improve Client Engagement performance, workflows, decision‑making, reporting, and customer outcomes.
  • Analyze end‑to‑end workflows, translate business needs into clear requirements, and address friction, manual effort, and scalability constraints.
  • Lead pilots through testing and transition to scalable, production‑ready solutions, including evaluating third‑party tools for fit and ROI.
  • Partner across Client Engagement, Product, Technology, and other functions to embed usable, explainable AI capabilities into daily workflows.
  • Ensure solutions align with responsible AI principles, existing platforms, and Insurance & Healthcare AI Center of Excellence standards; promote reuse of approved tools, models, data assets, and shared capabilities.
  • Define success metrics, monitor adoption and business impact, and refine solutions based on usage and internal and external customer feedback.
  • Drive adoption and AI literacy through practical guidance, demonstrations, training materials, playbooks, and real‑world use cases.
  • Contribute Client Engagement use cases, lessons learned, and delivery insights to shape AI Center of Excellence priorities, standards, and reusable assets.
Requirements
  • 7–10 years of experience in sales effectiveness, sales operations, analytics, business transformation, or a related role within a sales or Client Engagement organization.
  • Practical understanding and hands‑on use of generative AI, advanced analytics, and automation technologies in business workflows.
  • Demonstrated success identifying use cases, piloting and testing solutions, documenting outcomes, and measuring impact.
  • Experience applying AI or analytics to improve business processes or products and driving adoption of new tools and ways of working.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally in a matrixed environment and translate complex concepts and strategy into clear, actionable business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and change management skills, with an innovative, strategic, and curious approach to emerging technologies.
