    • Drive continuous improvement in pursuit management processes, tools, and templates.
    • Attend kickoff meetings and guide pursuit strategies, including conceptualization, storyboarding, development of key differentiators and content, as well as leveraging best marketing assets.
    • Review draft materials, provide feedback, and support staff through fast-paced deadlines.
    • Directly manage high-priority, complex pursuits, including writing and editing content.
    • Oversee pursuit deadlines and team assignments to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
    • Supervise the development and maintenance of marketing collateral, including resumes, project sheets, project lists, decks, brochures, digital files, and pursuit-related assets.
    • Review pursuits summary for biweekly firm leadership meetings.
    • Assist with special marketing initiatives.
  2. People Management
    • Mentor and develop marketing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
    • Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams, including graphic designers, content strategists, and firm leadership.
    • Contribute to strategic planning during team meetings and provide forward-thinking leadership.
    • Work collaboratively with the Proposal Manager to allocate resources and assign tasks across the team.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role within the A/E/C industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Demonstrated success managing and mentoring staff.
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and spirit.
  • Sound judgment, ability to identify and solve problems, and ability to communicate proactively with the Director of Business Development.
  • Highly organized, systems-oriented, and detail-focused with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Expertise with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook); Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint experience is a plus.
Compensation

BBB offers fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000, with variations depending on experience, education, achievements, and business needs. Employees may also receive an annual performance-based bonus and salary increase.
