Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a creative digital agency and learning solutions provider that partners with large corporate organizations to design and deliver transformative Learning & Development experiences. They help businesses upskill, reskill, and empower their people through digital academies, leadership programs, and more.

Our client seeks an experienced marketing professional to help tell their story, amplify their voice, and attract the right clients with creative campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic thinker and content creator, collaborative and proactive.

The Role:

You will report to the CEO N. America and will play a key role in shaping the company’s market perception. You’ll collaborate with sales, creative, and leadership teams to craft campaigns that reflect the company’s work, values, and offerings. Your efforts will help build awareness, generate leads, and open new doors in the L&D space, especially within large, global organizations.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role where your ideas and execution will directly contribute to growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate interest, leads, and sales opportunities
  • Create high-quality content (blogs, case studies, decks, social posts, thought leadership) addressing L&D challenges in large enterprises
  • Collaborate with sales to align messaging and support go-to-market efforts
  • Manage and grow online presence (website, social media, email, etc.)
  • Support event promotion, speaking engagements, and partnership marketing
  • Help shape brand narrative and ensure messaging consistency
  • Monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and refine strategies

  • Proven marketing experience in B2B, agency, or L&D-related environments
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and presentation skills—ability to turn complex ideas into compelling content
  • Skills in design, video, or content production

  • Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, Canva, Webflow, or similar platforms
