  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Sales, Consumer Insights, Fragrance Development, and Innovation teams.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to ensure successful execution of strategic growth initiatives.
  • Contribute to new ways of working by bringing creativity, agility, and continuous improvement to commercial marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Your Professional Profile Includes
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in the fragrance, beauty, consumer packaged goods, or a related industry.
  • Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities with emerging brands or high-growth customers.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and customer-facing experience.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Canva, or similar presentation design tools.
  • Experience analyzing consumer insights and market trends to inform marketing strategies and commercial opportunities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of fragrance development, consumer insights, innovation, or related commercial marketing processes preferred.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
  • Experience developing or improving processes that support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and business development initiatives.
Compensation And Benefits

The established salary range for this position is $130,000k-$160,000K. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications.
