As a Creative Fragrance Director, you will lead fragrance development projects across regions and categories, translating client and business needs into olfactive strategies. You will guide the creation and evaluation process, coordinate resources, and partner with commercial and category teams to support business growth. You will also use market, consumer, and category knowledge to identify opportunities and support fragrance development strategies.

The established salary range for this position is $190,000–$250,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual qualifications. Medical, dental, and vision coverage and a high-matching 401(k) retirement plan.
