Job summary

Consumers Energy in Jackson, MI is seeking a Sr. Manager Marketing to lead the sector's marketing & communications strategy across Residential, Small Business, or C&I.

You will shape product marketing, channel and content strategy, and develop full-funnel plans to drive awareness, familiarity, and enrollment while collaborating with Product Leadership and Sales. The role requires seven+ years leading cross-functional teams, a strong business sense, and the ability to present compelling business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, Business or related field; 7+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with product marketing, content development, media buying, and ROI analysis.
• PE; B2B or B2C marketing capabilities depending on sector; expertise in EWR, DR, and EVs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sector level product strategies and goals; provide feedback and develop staff.
• Develop integrated brand strategy with Product Leadership, Corporate Communications, marketing, and sales.
• Define and track full-funnel KPIs; manage budgets and resources to meet goals.
• Lead cross-functional ROI analyses and business cases; present to leadership.
• Create lifecycle marketing, channel/content strategy, and 4P playbooks for the sector.
