Job summary

Endurion, a mission integrator for the Special Operations community, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager in Tampa. You will lead enterprise marketing, turning strategy into integrated campaigns, thought leadership, content, events, and market-facing initiatives, while coaching a Marketing Specialist and external partners.

This role spans brand messaging, growth, events, digital marketing, and budget leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, public relations, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Five+ years of progressive marketing experience including ownership of campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Two+ years in team or functional leadership directing employees, contractors, or cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with digital, social, event, content, and brand marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan and integrated campaigns aligned with strategy, markets, budgets, and timelines.
• Translate strategy and capabilities into compelling messaging for multiple audiences.
• Own brand execution across written, visual, video, digital, and social channels and edit priority deliverables.
• Lead executive thought leadership and translate complex information into persuasive content.
• Support Growth, Business Development, and Capture with market insights and targeted materials.
• Plan and manage major conferences, sponsorships, and events; oversee digital and social strategy.
