Job summary

Phillips & King is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to translate company objectives into integrated programs across e-commerce, sales, digital, and traditional channels. You will lead planning, analysis, collaboration, and execution in a fast-paced environment, driving growth, retention, and vendor-funded revenue while managing a marketing team.

You will guide multi-channel marketing initiatives, drive customer acquisition and engagement, and optimize performance across vendor partnerships,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience leading integrated programs.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
• Creative problem solver in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in B2B, wholesale, or multi-channel business environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing across digital, e-commerce, email/CRM, promotions, content, social media, events, and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and technologies.
• Role involves occasional travel.
