Job summary

SEI is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team in our Asset Management division. You will shape and advance the Stratos marketing strategy, partnering with sales and leadership to drive growth and awareness among financial advisors.

You will lead multi-disciplinary programs, leverage data-driven insights, and mentor junior team members while managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This role reports to the Segment Marketing leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience with multi-discipline expertise.
• Proven success leading complex, impactful marketing programs.
• In‑depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and trends.
• Excellent understanding of SEI's business, objectives, and competition.
• Proven ability to influence and build strategic relationships across levels.
• Experience or willingness to learn building campaigns in Salesforce CRM.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Project management expertise.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, lead, and innovate marketing strategies to attract advisors and end-clients.
• Oversee multiple mid-to-large-scale programs aligned with growth objectives.
• Operate with a digital-first approach and map content journeys in the funnel.
• Identify thought leadership topics aligned with business strategy.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, and SMEs to draft content and campaigns.
• Use data and KPIs to refine initiatives with a launch-test-learn-optimize mindset.
• Leverage the marketing tech stack to amplify campaigns.
• Translate sophisticated materials into clear, digestible content.
• Contribute strategic ideas to support sales channel initiatives.
• Partner with GCC and agencies to scale content production.
