You will partner with business and sales leaders to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across Stratos, leveraging data analytics to optimize campaigns and content across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in strategic marketing, deep digital capabilities, and a track record of scaling marketing programs in financial services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in marketing.
• Proven success leading complex marketing programs driving growth.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing technologies and trends.
• Strong understanding of SEI's business objectives and market landscape.
• Ability to influence and build strategic relationships across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Design, lead, and innovate marketing strategies to attract advisors and end-clients to Stratos.
• Oversee multiple mid-to-large-scale programs aligned with growth objectives.
• Operate with a digital-first content journey to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Identify compelling thought leadership topics aligned with business strategy.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and drafts for presentations, literature, email campaigns, and website content.
• Use data and metrics to refine initiatives with a launch-test-learn-optimise mindset.
• Fully leverage the marketing tech stack to amplify efforts.
• Translate complex materials into clear, digestible content.
