Job summary

Sibylline, a leading intelligence and strategic risk consultancy, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the in-house marketing function. You will shape an integrated marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.

You will manage a small team and collaborate with senior leaders to translate Sibylline’s expertise into compelling value propositions and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in communications, marketing, or English.
• 8–12 years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles in fast-paced environments.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small in-house marketing team.
• Develop and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness and demand.
• Establish and report on marketing KPIs, lead generation, and ROI for optimization.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Product, and SMEs to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
• Oversee marketing budgets, processes, and CRM lead attribution in Dynamics 365.
