Job summary

Sibylline is a leading intelligence and strategic risk consultancy. The Intelligence Analyst Team Lead will oversee embedded analysts supporting a global entertainment client, ensuring the timely production of high-quality intelligence products and effective operational oversight.

The role reports to the Program Manager and requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment to support safety, security, and business interests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security, IR, CJ, business management, or related field.
• 4+ years in global security, intelligence, risk analysis, crisis response, or security operations.
• Minimum 1–3 years of leadership or team lead experience.
• Experience reviewing analytical products to support decision-making.
• Experience in client-facing, embedded, consulting, or corporate security environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily activities of embedded intelligence analysts and support the effective execution of operational objectives.
• Coordinate, assign, and prioritize analyst workloads to ensure timely delivery of intelligence products, assessments, alerts, briefings, and reports.
• Maintain awareness of threats, incidents, geopolitical developments affecting client personnel and assets, providing guidance to analysts.
• Review intelligence products for accuracy, quality, and alignment with client requirements.
• Assist in coordinating incident response and crisis management activities with intelligence support.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to analysts and support training.
• Support development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and workflows.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and reviews to support client requirements.
• Identify and elevate risks, performance concerns, and resource constraints to the Program Manager.
• Foster collaborative, accountable team culture centered on communication and excellence.
