Job summary

Sibylline Ltd in the United States seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function, shaping an integrated strategy to build brand awareness, drive demand, and support growth across B2B and B2C channels.

Reporting to the Director of Commercial Success, you will lead the in-house team, manage budgets and resources, collaborate with Client Success, Product and SMEs, and translate Sibylline’s expertise into compelling campaigns and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
• 8–12 years progressive marketing leadership experience.
• Experience scaling B2B or B2C marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an in-house marketing team, coaching and developing staff.
• Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and optimise ROI.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Product and SMEs to ensure consistent messaging.
• Oversee events and engagement, including cross-team planning.
• Manage marketing budgets, resources, systems and processes.
• Oversee marketing lead management and attribution in Dynamics 365.
