Job summary

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty seeks a Senior Marketing Manager for the Development Division to lead a portfolio of luxury new-development projects in South Florida. You will translate strategy into high-impact campaigns, manage timelines, and guide junior team members while coordinating with developers, sales teams, and agencies.

Qualifications

5+ years marketing experience in luxury real estate or high-end developments.
Experience marketing new developments in Miami/South Florida.
Strong project management and client-relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a portfolio of luxury new-development marketing accounts.
Mentor junior marketers and coordinate with sales teams and vendors.
Develop integrated marketing plans across digital, social, print and events.
Monitor performance and adjust strategies to meet sales objectives.
Collaborate with VP Marketing and internal/external partners.
