Job summary

Ceva North America is seeking a Senior Marketing Lead for Behavior & Wellbeing to direct the U.S. strategy, growth, and performance for Companion Animal Behavior & Wellbeing brands, including Feliway and Thunder.

You will report to the General Manager, Companion Animal Retail, and own portfolio strategy, innovation, and omnichannel execution with a strong focus on P&L results. The ideal candidate leads two direct reports, collaborates with Sales, Digital, Veterinary, Finance, and Global

Qualifications

• This role requires ownership of a significant brand or portfolio with accountability for P&L and growth.
• 9+ years of progressive brand or commercial marketing experience in consumer-focused sectors.
• Direct people-management with coaching and development experience.
• Strong omnichannel experience across retail, digital, and veterinary touchpoints.
• Experience leading innovation from insight to launch and partnering with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio strategy, P&L, and financial discipline with revenue and profitability accountability.
• Lead Feliway & Thunder growth and talent across two direct reports.
• Recruit new users and drive omnichannel growth across channels and partnerships.
• Shape U.S. design-market strategy with global franchise collaboration.
• Drive marketing effectiveness, ROAS, and resource optimization.
• Lead with agility and hands-on execution across cross-functional teams.
