Job summary

Ceva Animal Health seeks an experienced Senior Brand Manager to drive brand strategy, commercialization planning, and launch readiness for our Companion Animal Rx portfolio in the U.S. You will lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with global teams to adapt strategies for the U.S.

market. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in brand marketing within regulated healthcare, strong leadership, and a track record of successful product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive brand marketing experience in regulated healthcare.
• Experience developing strategic marketing plans and integrated campaigns.
• Experience supporting product launches and commercialization planning.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Animal Health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies, positioning, and messaging for Rx brands.
• Lead launch readiness activities and cross-functional go-to-market planning.
• Collaborate with Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial teams on compliant materials.
• Build relationships with customers and represent Ceva at conferences and events.
• Manage agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality execution.
