Ceva North America is seeking a Senior Marketing Lead for Behavior & Wellbeing to direct the U.S. strategy, growth, and performance for Companion Animal Behavior & Wellbeing brands, including Feliway and Thunder.

You will report to the General Manager, Companion Animal Retail, and own portfolio strategy, innovation, and omnichannel execution with a strong focus on P&L results. The ideal candidate leads two direct reports, collaborates with Sales, Digital, Veterinary, Finance, and Global

Senior Marketing Lead, Behavior & Wellbeing

Job Summary And Purpose:

Ceva North America is seeking an experienced, commercially minded and creative Senior Marketing Lead - Behavior & Wellbeing to lead the U.S. strategy, growth agenda, and business performance for our Companion Animal Behavior & Wellbeing portfolio, including Feliway and Thunder brands. Reporting to the General Manager, Companion Animal Retail, this role owns portfolio strategy, innovation, brand building, marketing investment, omnichannel execution, talent development, and P&L performance, with accountability for both top-line growth and bottom-line results.

This highly visible role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on business leadership. The successful candidate will set direction and develop others while staying close to consumers, customers, financials, creative work, and execution. The role leads two direct reports and partners across Sales, Digital Commerce, Veterinary, Customer Marketing, Finance, R&D, Regulatory, Operations, Global Marketing, and internal and external marketing resources. As an important U.S. design-market leader, this person will work closely with the Global Franchise team in France to shape strategy and innovation. We are looking for a curious, creative, agile, resourceful, and financially disciplined leader with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for recruiting new users into our brands and categories.

Responsibilities And Key Duties:
  • Own Portfolio Strategy, P&L & Financial Discipline - Lead the U.S. strategy and annual business plan with accountability for revenue, profitability, market share, brand health, and marketing investment. Make disciplined choices on where to invest, optimize, or stop to deliver top- and bottom-line goals.
  • Lead Feliway & Thunder Growth and Talent - Set strategic direction across both brands while leading, coaching, and developing two direct reports. Stay actively engaged in critical initiatives and execution to ensure strategy translates into strong marketplace results.
  • Recruit New Users & Drive Omnichannel Growth - Build a deep understanding of current and prospective pet parents and turn insights into strategies that increase household penetration, recruit new users, and strengthen loyalty. Drive growth across brick-and-mortar retail, digital commerce, direct-to-consumer, and veterinary practices in partnership with commercial teams.
  • Shape Innovation as a U.S. Design Market - Partner closely with the Global Behavior & Wellbeing Franchise team in France to bring U.S. consumer, customer, competitive, and category insights into strategy and innovation. Identify whitespace, challenge concepts, build business cases, and lead U.S. commercialization and launches.
  • Drive Marketing Effectiveness & Resource Optimization - Set clear objectives and measurement frameworks across media, creative, social, content, research, creators, and other marketing activities. Brief and partner effectively with internal resources and external partners as appropriate, optimize ROAS and other performance measures, and balance near-term performance with long-term brand building.
  • Lead with Agility and Hands-On Execution - Operate as a senior cross-functional business partner while staying close enough to the work to identify issues, solve problems, and move priorities forward. Bring an agile, resourceful, action-oriented mindset and find practical ways to deliver results even when resources or information are not perfect.

  • 9+ years of progressive brand, portfolio, or commercial marketing experience, ideally within CPG, consumer health, OTC, pet care, animal health, healthcare, or another consumer-led category.
  • Demonstrated ownership of a significant brand or portfolio with accountability for P&L, revenue growth, profitability, market share, brand health, and marketing investment.
  • Direct people-management experience with a track record of coaching, developing, and building high-performing talent.
  • Strong omnichannel experience across brick-and-mortar retail, digital commerce, media/social/content, and other consumer touchpoints; veterinary, healthcare professional, or B2B experience is a plus.
  • Experience identifying growth opportunities and leading innovation from insight through concept, business case, commercialization, and launch; experience partnering with global teams is strongly valued.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen, including budget management, marketing effectiveness, ROAS, resource allocation, and translating performance into action.
  • Highly curious, creative, agile, and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to move between strategy and execution, challenge assumptions, recruit new users, solve problems, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Travel Required:

Estimated 10% - 30% domestic travel is required, depending on location. Some international travel may be required.
