Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in related field (Marketing, Communications).
• Experience in the veterinary industry preferred.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Attend corporate collaborative sessions and visit practices as required (Up to 25% travel expected).

Responsibilities

• Engage with Regional Managers to adapt to fast-paced veterinary marketing changes.
• Inform and drive client growth strategies for 60+ individually branded practices.
• Support technology solutions development to create frictionless client engagement.
• Lead practice-level execution of email, website launches, SMS campaigns and other marketing campaigns.
• Partner with practices to build high-impact relationships and drive customer growth.
• Support and leverage marketing analytics to inform strategies and optimizations.
• Develop Test & Learn messaging and channel tests to scale learnings.
• Manage projects, budgets, timelines, resources and provide executive status reports.
• Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Communicate project status and challenges clearly to stakeholders.
• Other business needs and duties as assigned.
