Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks an experienced Senior Director of Marketing & Launch Lead to drive the U.S. commercial strategy for pegtibatinase in homocystinuria (HCU). You will lead the U.S.

Product Strategy for PegT, oversee marketing across HCP, patient, and services channels, and collaborate with Access, Sales, Medical Affairs, and other functions to ensure launch readiness. The role requires coordinating launch planning, building a high-performing U.S.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of biotech/pharma commercial experience with progression in responsibility.
• Significant U.S. marketing and product strategy experience in specialty or rare disease.
• Experience preparing and launching products in the U.S.
• Experience leading marketing teams and cross-functional launch teams in a matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization across Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Sales, and launch operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead U.S. marketing strategy and execution for pegtibatinase across HCP, patient/caregiver, and patient services channels.
• Develop product positioning, segmentation, messaging, and market development strategies.
• Build and develop the PegT U.S. marketing team and agency partnerships.
