Job summary

Chase is seeking a Marketing Execution Associate - Enterprise Engagement Marketing within Business Banking to support and optimize customer engagement campaigns across lifecycle. You will coordinate channels, partner with strategy leads, and assist in Trust & Security marketing initiatives to help small business customers stay safe online.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detailed, and collaborative, with 2+ years in marketing, CRM, or campaign execution in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of marketing experience in campaigns or CRM.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to analyze campaign results and translate into actions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and optimization of customer engagement campaigns across lifecycle.
• Coordinate multi-channel campaign delivery (email, direct mail, digital, paid media).
• Partner with strategy leads to implement journeys and personalization opportunities.
• Assist in Trust & Security marketing programs to educate clients on safety best practices.
• Translate marketing plans into actionable execution requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployment and governance.
• Review assets and targeting to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Monitor performance and contribute to reporting and optimization recommendations.
• Document hypotheses and test-and-learn opportunities for optimization.
