Job summary

Chase is seeking a Campaign Management, Marketing Strategy Associate within the Consumer Bank Acquisition Marketing team. The role focuses on leading multi-channel campaigns to acquire customers and deepen relationships, acting as a creative marketing lead across owned, earned and paid channels.

You will collaborate with strategy managers, briefing agencies and managing campaigns to on-time delivery and budget adherence, while continuously optimizing for performance and a superior customer

Qualifications

• 3 years of marketing experience
• Strong campaign execution and/or project management
• Digital consumer marketing across owned, earned and paid channels
• High energy, solutions-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Strong relationship-building and negotiating skills
• Team player with adaptability to changing priorities
• Meticulous attention to detail and a curious mindset

Responsibilities

• Serving as the creative marketing lead driving best-in-class consumer experiences
• Leading internal and external agency briefing and creative development
• Managing campaigns to ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time and within budget parameters
• Thinking critically to optimize campaigns to improve results and reduce costs
• Collaborating with marketing strategy managers on opportunities, strategy and measurement framework
• Ensuring a flawless end-to-end customer experience across the process
• Working across systems and processes to secure approvals and controls for launches
• Contributing innovative ideas and channel best practices
• Managing multi-channel execution from concept to delivery across cross-functional teams
