Helmerich & Payne, Inc. seeks a Marketing and Events Specialist, Senior to lead regional events and craft compelling marketing content. You will manage end-to-end event planning, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop communications across email, social media, and web channels.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in marketing or events, with strong writing, planning, and coordination skills. Onsite work is expected in Tulsa, OK or Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing, communications, event planning, hospitality, trade shows, or related field.
• Experience planning and executing events, managing logistics, timelines, and onsite needs.
• Experience writing or developing marketing/communications content for audiences.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute regional events, dinners, internal programs, and sponsorship activations from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Support larger events, trade shows, executive programs, and internal meetings.
• Coordinate timelines, registrations, venues, vendors, materials, and budgets.
• Develop invitations, communications, run-of-show materials, and post-event follow-ups.
• Produce marketing content for emails, social posts, websites, and print materials.
• Collaborate with experts to translate technical information for broad audiences.
• Maintain organized content and project files for easy access.
