Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Marketing Director in Phoenix, AZ. The role leads marketing and sales support for key bank business lines, serving as a strategic partner across geographies and departments.

You will translate business goals into measurable marketing outcomes using analytics and competitive insights. Responsibilities include leading brand management, PR, events, and business development, as well as overseeing marketing operations, budgets, and governance.

Qualifications

• Must have commercial banking experience from a large bank.
• Regulatory compliance experience and ability to lead risk audits.

• Experience in B2B marketing for a commercial bank.

Responsibilities

• Design, lead, and execute the marketing and sales support efforts for key business lines or areas throughout the bank.
• Lead the marketing department with broad scope of responsibilities across geographies.

Requirements

• Regulatory compliance experience (Need to be able to lead all risk compliance audits for the department to make sure the Marketing department is fully compliant)
• Ability to delegate policies and procedures assignments to the team members
• Need to have risk compliance from a past role at a bankB2B marketing for a commercial bank

• Speaking marketing operations experience
• Leadership and managerial experience will have two direct reports

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
