Base pay range

$175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Job Summary

As the Senior Marketing Director at Stateside Brands, you will be responsible for driving growth and the strategic development and execution of the brand marketing plans, strategy and campaigns to achieve the objectives and company goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who has strong experience in the beverage alcohol category, with a proven track record of demonstrating results and a passion for brand building and brand management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive annual growth brand plans and brand strategies to achieve key objectives and business goals.
  • Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns across all channels and consumer touchpoints to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Team leader with direct reports, regularly scheduled team meetings and alignment to vision, brand objectives and goals.
  • Manage and analyze market research, market trends and brand performance metrics to leverage insights for optimizing brand positioning and brand strategy.
  • Lead the creation and execution of impactful brand campaigns and media plans that drive brand awareness, consideration, trial and adoption.
  • Deliver ideas that leverage insights and data to inform creative development and execution matching with brands target consumers.
  • Experience with managing, activating and executing lifestyle-sports partnerships, experiential events and large music festivals.
  • Execute the brand's key initiatives through innovative, consumer-centric programs.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Sales leadership to establish a cohesive strategy with national and local programming across channels with a calendar.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives.
  • Strong budget management and project management skills.
  • Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in brand management within the alcoholic beer and or spirits industry.
  • Proven track record of growing brands, developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns with best-in-class results.
  • Strong team management with a focus on team member development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Availability to travel as required (estimated 25%).

Compensation

  • Estimated Base Salary Range: $175,000-$200,000 USD.
  • Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and qualifications.
  • The salary range refers to base salary only and is not inclusive of the total compensation package.
