Job summary

Axon seeks a Senior Marketing Designer to shape brand and campaign creative across in-person events, digital content, and sales materials. You’ll lead visual systems, style frames, and environments for major campaigns and trade shows, while guiding motion and AI-assisted workflows.

You’ll manage design directions with the Executive Creative Director, collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams, and mentor junior designers in a fast‑paced, hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in brand/agency/in-house settings.
• Portfolio demonstrating range across campaign creative, brand design, events, and digital content.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and After Effects.
• Strong working knowledge of AI creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly) and AI-assisted workflows.
• Ability to develop visual systems and style frames that translate across print, digital, and motion.
• Entrepreneurial creative instincts and ability to lead design directions.

Responsibilities

• Design across brand campaigns, product launches, sales enablement materials, executive presentations, and social content.
• Develop visual systems, style frames, and design languages scalable across formats and channels.
• Translate strategic briefs into on-brand, visually distinctive creative.
• Collaborate with video, events, and production teams to ensure alignment of design across touchpoints.
• Direct motion designers and editors to realize the design vision.
• Lead design for events and experiential programs, including trade shows and conferences.
