Job summary

Axonius is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to translate and scale the cybersecurity asset management mission into a compelling visual identity across demand generation campaigns, web assets, and events.

As part of the Marketing team, you will partner with content, product marketing, and growth teams to accelerate production velocity with AI-powered design workflows while preserving brand quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of brand design experience, preferably in tech or cybersecurity brands.
• Proven ability to scale design systems and brand guidelines across campaigns.
• Experience integrating AI tools to accelerate asset production while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Axonius visual identity across campaigns, web and events.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and brand guidelines.
• Lead AI-assisted design workflows using Midjourney, Firefly, and Runway; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Manage external agencies to grow the brand as needed.

Job description

• Axonius is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to translate the company’s cybersecurity asset management mission into a compelling, consistent visual identity across demand generation campaigns, web assets, and event experiences
• Operating within the Marketing department and reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will serve as a creative anchor by partnering with cross-functional content, product marketing, and growth teams
• A key focus of this role is defining how to scale design output intelligently by building AI-powered design systems and workflows that accelerate production velocity without diluting brand quality
• Own and evolve the core Axonius visual identity system, including logo usage, color palettes, typography, iconography, illustration style, and motion design
• Execute end-to-end design across a range of marketing deliverables, including digital advertisements, landing pages, email templates, sales decks, event signage, and tradeshow booths
• Build and maintain a scalable design system, brand guidelines, and prompt libraries to empower cross-functional teams to independently produce on-brand assets
• Lead the development of AI-assisted design workflows utilizing tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Runway to accelerate asset production
• Lead agency relationships where needed to grow brand
