Axiom Space is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to apply brand identity across marketing collateral, digital assets, and internal materials. You will translate messaging into on-brand visuals for marketing, sales, and executives, and help manage Axiom’s digital asset libraries.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent portfolio‑demonstrated experience)
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in corporate, agency, or startup environments
• Portfolio showcasing branding, marketing collateral, digital design, and presentations
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Proficient in PowerPoint for building clean, professional decks
• Experience collaborating with marketing, sales, and executives to translate concepts into visuals
• Experience managing multiple design projects under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Figma or Sketch for digital/UI-adjacent work
• Experience tracking content engagement and usage metrics
• Strong communication skills to defend design decisions to non-design stakeholders
• Cross-functional collaboration on large campaigns or events
• Basic knowledge of digital asset management systems is a plus
• Experience with 3D modeling or animation is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Apply and execute brand guidelines consistently across all design work
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and executive teams to translate concepts into visuals
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and email templates
• Design digital assets for websites, landing pages, and campaigns
• Produce PowerPoint decks including pitch decks and executive presentations
• Ensure visual consistency across materials and provide design feedback
• Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines
• Build reusable templates and asset libraries to improve efficiency
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
• Support or oversee management of digital asset libraries
• Increase content engagement and reduce requests via self-service tools
• Coordinate with external partners on content usage and guidelines
• Communicate progress and potential issues to leadership
• Implement agile project management throughout projects
• Perform additional duties as assigned
