Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is hiring a Marketing Data Architect to design, develop and maintain data architecture for marketing analytics within a world-class data warehousing team. This role focuses on scalable data models, data pipelines, and integrated data stores to support campaign management, segmentation, and ROI analysis.

The position reports to the Sr. Manager, Data & Analytics in a hybrid environment, with in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS/IS or related field.
• 12+ years in data architecture/engineering focusing on data warehousing and marketing analytics.
• Experience with CRM integrations and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data models and database architecture for marketing analytics in a data warehousing environment.
• Collaborate with marketing to translate data needs into technical specs.
• Build scalable data warehouses and data marts supporting campaigns, segmentation, and ROI analysis.
• Improve data flows for real-time and batch processing and data quality.
• Enforce best practices for data modeling, ETL, and data loading into warehouses.
• Coordinate with IT and stakeholders to align data architecture with business goals.
• Create and maintain documentation of data architectures and processes.
• Stay current with data warehousing and marketing tech trends.
