Senior Marketing Coordinator - Architecture, Engineering, Construction industry (remote or hybrid) (Biotech)

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join our Southeast Transportation Marketing Team.

• Preference for candidates residing within our Southeast Region, preferably in FL or with FL proposal experience. Candidates outside FL with light travel requirements will also be considered.

Primary Duties

• Coordinate the production of multiple RFPs/Proposals under tight deadlines
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines proactively
• Write content and marketing collateral for internal and external projects
• Create PowerPoint presentations and graphics for pursuits and client presentations
• Coach technical staff on communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Assist in gathering information from subconsultants and coordinate with them
• Ensure timely production and quality of marketing communications
• Maintain positive relationships with staff and clients
• Keep firm information, resumes, project descriptions, RFQs, and related materials up-to-date

Education and Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience within the A/E/C industry
• Bachelor's degree or related field in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or English preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, editing, and proofreading skills
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign; Illustrator and Photoshop are a plus
• Ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively with diverse teams
• Ability to handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines
