Flow Production Tracking – Business Process team
Full Stack Engineer (Back-end, Front-end)

Utilizing an Autodesk cloud-based toolset supporting production pipelines in Film, VFX, and Game industries, we envision a future in which these industries operate more effectively and with greater creative agility. This is an opportunity to utilize your skills and help us impact the productivity of hundreds of Studios while learning leading-edge practices and technologies.

As part of the "Flow Production Tracking" team, you will help improve how major customers like Netflix, ILM, Epic, Weta, and Warner Brothers track their productions (VFX, Games, 3D animation, etc.) using our Emmy-winning product, Flow Production Tracking (formerly ShotGrid).

The position is based in EMEA (Poland, Romania, Croatia, or Portugal) with options for Remote or Hybrid work.

Responsibilities
  1. Participate in the technical design, implementation, and delivery of new functionalities in our "Generative Scheduling" product or the scheduling module of "Flow Production Tracking".
  2. Contribute to both frontend and backend development within our tech stack.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional and remote teams involved in the project.
  4. Maintain high engineering standards, including performance and security.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, standards, and methodologies.
  6. Write or modify unit tests for every code change.
  7. Review pull requests from peers.
  8. Ensure performance meets expectations.
  9. Contribute to the quality of CI/CD processes.
  10. Resolve customer defects and fix reported security issues.
  11. Proactively update third-party dependencies.
Minimum Qualifications
  1. 2+ years of professional experience as a SaaS developer.
  2. Experience with backend languages other than JavaScript (e.g., Go, Ruby, Python, C#, Java).
  3. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js.
  4. Experience in Cloud Services Development.
  5. Experience with Agile methodologies.
  6. Motivation to establish strong client relationships and build trust.
  7. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
  8. Effective communication and collaboration skills across organizations.
  9. Proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)
  1. Knowledge of Golang.
  2. Experience with Typescript.
  3. Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.
  4. Experience with Ruby, infrastructure frameworks like Terraform, AWS, serverless solutions, and GraphQL API.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills, especially with algorithms and graphs.
  6. Development experience on Mac.
