Job summary

Elwyn is seeking a Senior Marketing & Communications Business Partner to provide strategic marketing leadership for assigned service lines, while supervising two MarCom Business Partners. This role acts as a senior advisor to leaders, oversees internal communications, and aligns campaigns with organizational priorities, brand standards, and business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise internal communications strategy, planning, and calendar.
• Advise executives on change communications and employee engagement.
• Develop communication plans supporting organizational initiatives and culture.
• Directly supervise two MarCom Business Partners through coaching and performance development.
• Prioritize projects across service lines and allocate resources to meet goals.
• Ensure marketing plans align with priorities and brand standards.
• Serve as senior marketing consultant to departments and executive leaders.
• Develop integrated plans across digital, print, social media, media relations, events, recruitment, and internal comms.
• Provide strategic messaging guidance and ensure brand consistency.
• Support enterprise campaigns including growth, fundraising, recruitment, and executive communications.
• Monitor campaign performance and iterate based on analytics and stakeholder feedback.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across MarCom.
