  • Coordinate communication plans across multiple stakeholders, programs, markets, and patient touchpoints to provide a consistent and connected patient experience
  • Facilitate strategic planning discussions to establish objectives, audience priorities, roles, approval requirements, dependencies, timelines, and success measures
  • Partner with clinical and operational subject matter experts to translate complex health information into patient-friendly content with clear and appropriate actions
  • Manage the development, review, revision, approval, scheduling, and distribution of email communications

  • Evaluate results, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend changes to future communication strategies
  • Maintain communication templates, content standards, documentation, and established review processes
  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate decisions or needed actions to stakeholders and leadership

You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven solid strategic thinking, project leadership, writing, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Proven to work independently, manage competing priorities, solve moderately complex communication challenges, and guide others through decisions
