Humacyte Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Communications and DTC, to lead integrated marketing programs that elevate brand awareness and support commercial objectives.

You will own social media strategy, content development, digital campaigns, and DTC initiatives while translating Humacyte's regenerative science into compelling storytelling. The role requires collaboration with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, and Product Marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years in biotechnology/healthcare marketing; 6+ for Senior Manager.
• Proven track record in social media strategy and digital campaigns.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and budgets.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead social media strategy across platforms and content plans.
• Develop high-quality content for digital and traditional channels.
• Drive DTC marketing initiatives and patient engagement programs.
• Manage multi-channel digital campaigns including paid media and SEO/SEM.
• Support PR activities, thought leadership, and conferences as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant messaging.
• Oversee agency partners and marketing budgets to meet timelines.
