Humacyte Inc is seeking a Sr. Marketing Communications & DTC Manager to lead integrated marketing programs that elevate brand awareness and support commercial goals.

This role will own social media strategy, content development, and multi-channel digital campaigns while translating complex science into compelling storytelling. You will collaborate with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Market Access teams to create audience-focused campaigns across healthcare professionals, patients,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related field.
• 4-6+ years (Manager) or 6-10+ years (Senior Manager) in biotech/healthcare marketing.
• Experience supporting product launches and growth-stage healthcare orgs preferred.
• Strong social media strategy and digital marketing campaign leadership.
• Experience managing agencies, creative vendors, and marketing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Humacyte's social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Build annual and quarterly social media content plans aligned with corporate and commercial objectives.
• Monitor social media performance and provide reporting and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create content tied to milestones and campaigns.
• Lead creation of content across digital and traditional channels (blogs, videos, emails, briefs).
• Translate complex scientific information into accessible content for diverse audiences.
• Support DTC and congresses with targeted assets as needed.
• Manage multi-channel digital campaigns (paid social, SEM, retargeting, email).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and cross-functional alignment.
