Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing and managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Proficiency with Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Experience developing AMPscript and SQL queries within Marketing Cloud.
• Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce and external systems.
• Experience managing configurations and deployments across Salesforce environments and Marketing Cloud Business Units.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder.
• Build and manage email campaigns with Email Studio and dynamic content.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows with Automation Studio.
• Write and optimize AMPscript for personalization and logic.
• Develop SQL queries for Data Extensions and data management.
• Design and maintain integrations between Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Clouds, and external systems.
• Manage configurations, deployments, and changes across Business Units.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and troubleshoot issues.
• Establish documentation and development best practices.
