Job summary

McDermott Will & Schulte is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist in New York to drive email marketing, landing pages, and form creation within Eloqua. You will partner with Marketing and Business Development to align technical setups with business objectives and manage multiple requests with precision.

You must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related experience, plus strong knowledge of Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce, and HTML/CSS/JavaScript/WordPress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least five years of related work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Marketo).
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/WordPress.
• Lead management and performance reporting knowledge.
• Understanding of GDPR, DPIA, CASL, CCPA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and forms within Eloqua.
• Perform QA reviews of email campaigns, including segmentation and personalization.
• Troubleshoot campaigns and integrations between Eloqua and third-party platforms.
• Serve as a primary contact for marketing automation questions and guidance.
• Coordinate campaign execution with offshore team members to meet deadlines.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide optimization recommendations.
• Maintain Eloqua governance and asset naming consistency.
• Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes.
