Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least five years of related work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Marketo).
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/WordPress.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute email campaigns, landing pages, and forms within Eloqua, including audience targeting and segmentation, testing, deployment, and data monitoring.
• Perform QA reviews of email campaigns prior to deployment, validating segmentation, links, personalization, content, configuration, scheduling, and other requirements.
• Monitor campaigns and integrations between Eloqua and third-party platforms, troubleshoot issues, and resolve routine problems.
• Serve as primary contact for Marketing and Business Development teams for Eloqua questions, providing guidance and best practices.
• Coordinate campaign execution with offshore team members to ensure quality and timely deliverables.
• Troubleshoot email template errors and styling, update HTML/CSS for proper rendering across clients.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve effectiveness of emails and segmentation.
• Maintain Eloqua governance and asset naming consistency (folders, campaigns, reports).
• Develop and review documentation for marketing automation processes and configurations.
