Job summary

Washington Financial in Pittsburgh is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to support marketing and public relations operations, coordinating initiatives and maintaining brand consistency.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, contribute to creative development, copywriting, and analytics, and rely on strong organization and project management skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Marketing or Communication Studies or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• A minimum of three years of related experience is required.
• Marketing operations/project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and internal policies is a plus.

SENIOR MARKETING ASSOCIATE - Supports the marketing/public relations operations function and community presence through the coordination, execution, and maintenance of marketing initiatives; serves as a key liaison between internal departments and external vendors related to marketing platforms, campaigns, and projects; ensures accuracy, brand consistency, timely implementation, and compliance with banking regulations and internal policies; contributes to creative development, copywriting, reporting, and analytics. Requires strong organizational, project management, communication, and collaboration skills; and ability to use Excel, Power Point, Adobe In-Design and Photoshop, or similar programs. BS/BA degree in Marketing or Communication Studies or the equivalent combination of education and work experience and a minimum of three years' related experience required. Marketing operations/project management experience and specialized bank marketing education/training preferred.
