As a Senior Associate within the Consumer Bank Marketing Engagement & Communication team, you will have the opportunity to develop and manage key retail marketing initiatives. This role offers a chance to contribute to campaigns that increase retention, financial health, and digital adoption across the Consumer Bank, as part of a rewarding and dynamic work environment.

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end creative development, execution, and management of onboarding and engagement campaigns across digital and direct mail channels. You’ll demonstrate strong project management skills and drive results by working collaboratively with many business partners while maintaining strong organization and focus. You’ll need to be self‑motivated, self‑directed, detail‑oriented, and energized to thrive in a fast‑paced, always‑changing work environment while being required to adhere to established processes and specific timelines. The candidate will interact with many stakeholders throughout CB Marketing and the CCB organization. Must possess the ability to maintain composure and a positive attitude in difficult situations.

Job responsibilities
