Job summary

Royal Canin, a Mars, Incorporated brand, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Marketing, Data & Analytics to shape and deliver the North American marketing analytics portfolio.

You will lead the evolution of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) from traditional time-series to causal and AI-native approaches, partnering with regional leaders and a squad of data engineers and scientists to deliver high-impact analytics products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related quantitative field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in data & analytics, focusing on marketing analytics and MMM in a multi-channel environment.
• Expertise in modern Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), including Bayesian methods and AI-based approaches.
• Strong customer-facing leadership and business acumen in translating problems to analytics.
• Experience translating business needs to analytics solutions with business-to-science translation.
• Solid analytics foundation with causal inference, advanced statistical modeling, and ML for marketing effectiveness.
• Delivery management experience for analytical products.

Responsibilities

• Continuously build a roadmap of high-impact analytical product areas for Marketing.
• Understand current state processes, pain points, user personas, and tooling to define a clear product vision.
• Architect the backlog of Epics addressing problems in an agile framework.
• Prioritize Epics into releases and advocate for resources to achieve goals.
• Oversee a squad of data engineers/scientists/contractors to deliver products.
• Evaluate adoption and value-creation indicators for solutions.
