Horizon3, a fast-growing remote cybersecurity company, seeks a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to own marketing performance measurement. You will build reporting, attribution, and planning models that identify which programs generate pipeline and where to invest.

In Marketing Operations, you will create dashboards, run analyses, and present findings to leadership, collaborating across demand generation, field marketing, campaigns, SDR, RevOps, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Advanced Salesforce reporting skills: cross-object reports, dashboards, formula fields, and campaign influence.
• Hands-on experience building marketing attribution models and explaining their limits.
• Strong understanding of the B2B funnel, lead lifecycle, and pipeline mechanics.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI for executive storytelling.
• Financial fluency: comfortable with CPO, ROI, and budget-to-pipeline planning.
• Ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations for executives.

Responsabilités

• Own marketing attribution across programs and channels.
• Build dashboards for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
• Produce executive-ready performance narratives.
• Develop self-serve reporting for teams to answer routine questions.
• Serve as expert user of RevSure and Tableau.
